As you may have already realised, we’re big fans of Jessie Bakes Cakes (Instagram: @jessie.bakes.cakes) here at FCS. Take a look at her Friday Feature to see why. And here she is with yet another reason to love her… a recipe for mini apple crumble cakes! Yum!

As with all of Jessie’s recipes, you’ll find simple step-by-step instructions and some mouthwatering photography on her site.

The recipe makes 12 mini cakes, so plenty to share with loved ones (or one for a friend and the rest for you… we won’t tell!).
